Hundreds of tons of steel, powerful locomotives, and massive railcars waiting to be dismantled. Games Incubator is working on Train Graveyard Simulator, a new simulation game that lets players become the owner of a railway scrapyard and transform rusty giants into a profitable recycling empire.
The game focuses on technical aspects of dismantling railway vehicles, logistics, and business management. Players will purchase decommissioned locomotives and railcars, carefully take them apart, recover valuable resources, and invest their earnings into expanding their scrapyard.
Train Graveyard Simulator delivers a detailed and satisfying dismantling experience. Every part of a train – from small bolts and electrical wiring to massive engines and multi-ton components – can be removed manually using the appropriate tools. Some components can be cut into scrap metal, while others are worth salvaging intact and selling to collectors.

The game features both historic locomotives, including the Ty2 and the legendary LNER A3 4472 Flying Scotsman, as well as modern machines such as the GE Dash 8-40CW. Each vehicle requires a different approach. Before reaching the most valuable components, players must systematically remove the interior fittings, exterior panels, wiring, and structural elements.
Logistics also play a major role. Limited inventory space means players must rely on transport crates, forklifts, and overhead cranes to move the heaviest elements. The economy is equally important – commodity prices fluctuate daily, so selling recovered materials immediately is not always the most profitable strategy.

The developers are aiming for a relaxing gameplay experience free from combat and survival mechanics. Instead of constant danger and time pressure, players can carefully plan each dismantling project, upgrade their equipment, and steadily build a successful railway recycling business.
Key features:
